Bernese Mountain Dogs

Bernese Mountain Dogs are an amazing breed. They are well known for being even tempered, good natured, goofy, affectionate, devoted, and strong. 

Bred to pull carts in the Swiss Alps, Bernese can pull up to 10x their weight. 

They get along with the entire family and are particularly gentle with children, but they will often become more attached to one lucky human. 

Bernese are extremely devoted to their families, they are happiest in the house and with their people. For this reason, we do not place our puppies in homes that expect them to be outdoor only pets.

Average height: 25-27.5 inches (male), 23-26 inches (female)

Average weight: 80-115 pounds (male), 70-95 pounds (female)
